How do I book with you?

What massage should I get?
I recommend starting with my First-Time Client Special. This allows us to meet, gives you a chance to see if my approach feels like a good fit, and helps me understand what kind of bodywork will support you best. From there, I can make personalized recommendations such as incorporating cupping or other techniques based on your needs. I often blend multiple modalities in a single session, which helps achieve better results and takes the guesswork out of choosing the “right” massage for you.
How do I sign up for a membership?
What other services do you offer?
Reiki, sound baths (group or private), scrubs, CBD, and somatic exercises. I also have digital downloads available such as guidebooks and recordings in the Shop.
Do you accept tips?
Yes. Tipping is not required or expected, but appreciated.

Is this covered by insurance or FSA/HSA?
Maren Hoflund/Mandala Method Healing does not accept insurance, however we do accept FSA and HSA cards. You may also receive a receipt for reimbursement from your FSA.
What is an integrative somatic trauma therapist?
They are trained to help you move out of fight, flight, freeze, and fawn, and into a state where you feel calm, settled, and safe in your body. This can be very helpful for those who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, trauma, or chronic stress. We work with the body, mind, and heart to let stress process so healing can begin.
Are your sessions trauma informed?
Yes. Maren Hoflund is a certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist and certified Trauma Informed Space Holder.
