PHILOSOPHY
The mandala is one of the oldest symbols in human history (African, Celtic, Eastern, Aboriginal, and more), and as a concept have existed all over the world in different cultures, just like bodywork, energy healing, and sound healing.
Mandalas spiral outward; there is a single center that is you (or the soul), and there is no real beginning or end in healing. This is also understood as "healing is not linear" and "healing happens in layers.” The same wound shows up in a new situation as an opportunity to evolve into the next best version of ourselves. Each time something returns, you are meeting it with more capacity than before, with more of yourself available to respond.
The Mandala Method was built on this truth. It is holistic healing in the most literal sense: whole person, body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
You don't have to have it figured out to begin. You just have to show up, and the method meets you exactly where you are.
Each Mandala Method Massage includes: therapeutic bodywork (custom mix of cupping, Himalayan Salt Stones, CBD, and advanced bodywork techniques), reiki, live sound bath, and a somatic guided meditation.
Every session includes complimentary warm therapeutic towels, deeply nourishing handmade herbal body oil, subtle aromatherapy, and light energy work that supports your whole self without you having to do anything!
