If you’ve been running on empty, this retreat is your invitation to refill.
As part of our 4-day retreat series, you’re invited to join us for a session of gentle movement, guided journaling, or mindful rest. It’s a soft, supportive space where you can exhale and reset — even if life has felt heavy for a long time.

Honor the Earth Sound Bath
Meet on the grass next to the ocean and find healing bliss for ourselves and the Earth as we gather to honor the Earth during Earth Week with a donation based sound bath and grounding guided meditation. 100% of donations will be donated to Seatrees, an organization working to restore vital ecosystems in the ocean, including our very own San Elijo Lagoon.

Subliminal Sound Healing combines the power of subliminal messages, frequency, and guided meditation to allow clients to reprogram their subconscious minds. Join Maren as she plays crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and other instruments while guiding you into a trance state where the subconscious mind is ready to accept new ideas about yourself and the world. These new ideas will be presented in the form of subliminal messages and/or suggestive affirmations in conjunction with the sound bowls and other instruments.
