Subliminal Sound Healing combines the power of subliminal messages, frequency, and guided meditation to allow clients to reprogram their subconscious minds. Join Maren as she plays crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and other instruments while guiding you into a trance state where the subconscious mind is ready to accept new ideas about yourself and the world. These new ideas will be presented in the form of subliminal messages and/or suggestive affirmations in conjunction with the sound bowls and other instruments.

Maren is a licensed and certified massage therapist, holistic health practitioner, reiki master, hypnotic sound bath facilitator, trauma informed sound facilitator and space holder and integrative somatic practitioner. Her goal in all sessions is to guide clients in regulating their nervous systems and provide results based offerings that support healing and preventative care.
