Seamless Booking for a Transformative Healing Experience
I’m so excited to work with you! My mission is to help guide you on a transformative journey toward balance, healing, and peace. To make your experience as smooth and supportive as possible, please read through the following information before booking your session.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on nervous system healing and whole person balance. You can expect a calm, welcoming environment where you are free to express yourself, relax, or simply be present.
What to Bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind.
Self-Care After Your Session:
After your session, it’s important to take time to integrate the healing work. Drink plenty of water and consider a light walk or some relaxation time. If you need support or have any questions, feel free to reach out!
The following booking policies apply to all appointments, including memberships. By booking an appointment with Maren Hoflund/Mandala Method Healing you agree to the following conditions:
Time is valuable to both of us. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full session rate. This allows me to respect both my time and the time of others seeking healing.
If you arrive late to your session, your time will likely still end at the scheduled time to honor the next client. Please plan accordingly to allow time for a full, uninterrupted session.
Everything discussed during your sessions, as well as any personal information, is kept strictly confidential. I’ve created a trauma-informed, welcoming, and safe space for all of my clients. Your healing journey is deeply respected, and you are always in control of your process.
Pets and emotional support animals are not welcome but trained and certified service animals are welcome.
No refunds on services
By booking your appointment you agree not to perform any sexual misconduct of any kind, including but not limited to refusal to remain draped/covered as required by law, inappropriate touching of self or therapist, and sexual advances. Any action of the sort leads to the appointment ending immediately and the client no longer welcome
Massage should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis
Because massage and bodywork should not be performed under certain medical conditions, clients must state all known medical conditions and agree to keep the practitioner updated with any medical changes and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner's part should clients fail to do so.
Booking with me is easy! Simply choose the service you'd like, select an available time, and complete your reservation. Please note that you do not have to prepay. Card on file is required to book in order to enforce cancellation policy.
