Mandala Method Healing Membership Agreement

  • No Long-Term Contract: This is a month-to-month membership with no required minimum commitment.

  • Cancel Anytime: To cancel, just provide written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Rejoining: You may only sign up for a membership once a year. If you cancel your membership, you will have to wait until next year (12 months from cancellation) to sign up again.

  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, even if sessions go unused.

  • Credits: You receive one session credit per massage (based on your membership level). For example 1 massage per month =.1 credit per month

  • Rollover Policy: Credits roll over for up to 3 months (90 days). After that, unused sessions expire.

  • Sharing Credits: You may gift unused session credits to friends or family (shared credits expire after 1 month).

  • Scheduling: We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time. At your first member appointment we will book you out 6 months in advance (we can reschedule as needed as long as it is 24 hours beforehand).

  • Late Cancellations: Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments with no notice will result in loss of the session credit.

  • How to Reschedule: Use the online booking system or contact me directly at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Auto-Renewal: Your membership renews automatically each month.

I reserve the right to cancel a membership at any time for the following reasons:

  • Excessive no-shows or late cancellations

  • Disrespectful behavior or booking policy violations

  • Failure to follow the policies outlined above

    If I cancel your membership, unused credits will be honored or refunded at my discretion.

FAQ

  • Can I pause or cancel? - Yes, no contract. However you will have to wait 12 calendar months to sign up again

  • What if I miss a month? - Members are given credits for the value of the services they chose. Credits roll over up to 3-months

  • Can I switch tiers? - Yes, anytime

  • Can I add extra time without increasing my membership level? - Yes by 15 or 30 minutes for $30 or $60

  • When does my membership charge my card? - It charges on the day and time that you initially sign up. For example if you sign up for a membership on June 5 at 12am then you will be charged every month on the 5th at 12am.

  • Can I change the day and time that I am charged for my membership? - Yes, contact Maren directly to do so.

  • Can I share sessions? - Yes, gift credits to loved ones anytime. Gifted credits expire after 1 month.

  • How does the Prenatal Membership work? - This membership is only 9 months long and only includes prenatal massage. Credits roll over up to 3 months after the membership expires to honor postpartum challenges. You may sign up at any point before the third trimester.
